This fully personalised 8-week program consists of exercises and games focusing on the specific areas needing improvement, as well as mentoring and connection with an experienced and dedicated coach who will guide your child (and your family!) to achieve a better quality of life.
This isn't a just-pay-and-off-you-go product.
It's a private personal training program made for your child.

Natural Soap Making
Private demonstrations to learn how to use simple and natural ingredients to make beautiful healthy soap bars safe for you,
your family and for the environment
For adults and teens who are looking for a DIY method to create healthy, safe and affordable alternative to the toxic soaps on the market; these natural soap making events include a comprehensive step-by-step demonstration for making nourishing coconut oil soap.
Also included:
- a full size bar of soap to take home and try
- adding other natural ingredients such as essential oils and powders
- discussion of how to naturally colour the soap
- printed and digital step-by-step instructions
BONUS: video tutorial
With over 6 years experience using this method and teaching it (plus 10+ years hosting events and demonstrations), I aim to give you the confidence to attempt and benefit from soap making at home.

Private demonstrations are available by appointment in and around the Sunshine Coast, QLD.
There is no minimum number of people needed, there's just a set fee* so the more friends you gather the cheaper it is per person! You just need to provide a suitable indoor or outdoor covered area, power access, and seating for you and your guests. I bring the rest!
