3-Ingredient BBQ Sauce

Could this be the world's simplest recipe for healthy homemade BBQ sauce?


1/4 cup organic tomato paste

1/2 cup organic molasses

1-2 tbsp smoked paprika powder

Optional: mineral salt and organic pepper to taste

Handy items to have

  • Small saucepan

  • Silicon spatula

  • Jar/container with lid to store in the fridge

  • Measuring cup and tablespoon


  1. Combine all ingredients in a small saucepan on medium heat on the stove and cook for a few minutes, stirring often, until thicker and the spice has cooked through.

  2. Serve or store (in the fridge). That's it!

Perfect for a BBQ Meat Lovers version of the Pizza recipe, coating ribs or chicken wings, however you'd normally use BBQ sauce.
