About the Natural Fitness + Lifestyle Coaching program

- natural movement and exercise based on what space and equipment you have available and can access
- paleo-based food and cooking advice and recipes
- advice and education on utilizing nature and really basic indoor bio-hacks
The program is designed to be do-able, affordable, enjoyable and sustainable!
The face-to-face option includes weekly Fitness Coaching sessions with Clint in Maroochydore for Sunshine Coast residents, while the Food + Lifestyle Coaching with Aimee is held via fortnightly Zoom video chats, and all content and resources are provided via Google Drive and email for easy access.
Personal trainers are still able to see one client at a time in public areas therefore the face-to-face option is still available, with Clint able to keep at a very safe distance at all times. If anything changes the sessions will simply be held via video chat.
The online-only option simply means swapping the face-to-face Fitness Coaching sessions to Zoom video sessions with Clint.
Duration + Cost
The program runs for 14 weeks (starting after the initial 2-week free trial period)
You can choose from two options:
- Fitness Basics with 1x 45 min Fitness Coaching session per week
or upgrade to
- Fitness Plus with 2x 45 min Fitness Coaching sessions per week
All other elements of the program are the same for each option.
Fitness Basics option is $55 per week
Fitness Plus option is $85 per week
Your initial phone chat is key as it covers all of this and more, plus Clint will find out what your goals are, what your current situation is and discuss how specifically we can help you.
+ $5 per session for outside the Maroochy area
