Private Online Classes

Organise a private online class for yourself or with a group of friends; cook or move along together in the comfort of your own homes and receive personalised advice and tips. Available Australia-wide.

If none of the monthly class days/times or topics suit you but you'd like to learn how to make some delicious healthy recipes and/or nourishing movements for your health and longevity, then get in touch to organise a 1-2 hour private class!

You can even create a group class if you have friends or family keen to join in as well!

Private classes are available by appointment for Australian residents.

Minimum 1-hour. $150 for 1 hour, $250 for 2 hours (per class, not per person).
