Registration Confirmation for Primal Influence Private Cooking Coaching
All requests to book in for Private Cooking Coaching sessions for 1-4 people can be made via the online form here. In submitting our online form, attendees are agreeing to accept all of the terms and conditions below.

Payment policy for Primal Influence Private Cooking Coaching
One person $180.00
Two people $110.00 each
Three people $80.00 each
Four people $60.00 each
The person making the original booking is responsible for making payment on behalf of all attendees.
A 50% deposit of the total amount (1-4 people) is required on completion and agreement of Menu and Day/Time in writing via email correspondence, to secure the booking. The remaining 50% is required no later than 2 days prior to the date of the workshop. Full payment can be made earlier. Payment plans can be arranged upon request.
Payment is to be made via bank transfer. An official receipt can be created upon request.

Bartering is available for one-on-one Private Cooking Coaching for a maximum of 2-hours. $50.00 is required to cover ingredients used and must be paid no less than 2 days prior to the session date.
Discounts for products do apply to bartering bookings. Discounts to cooking demonstrations/events do not apply to bartering bookings.
Cancellation and Transfer Policy of Primal Influence Private Cooking Coaching
Primal Influence reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a workshop for reasons concerning Primal Influence. If a workshop has been cancelled due to sickness or any other matter regarding Primal Influence, all attendees will be notified within 48 hours of the workshop date, and the option to reschedule to another date, or full refunds provided within 30 days.
In the event that all attendees need to cancel a booked workshop, cancellation more than 5 days prior to the date of the workshop, the option to reschedule to another workshop is available and preferred (subject to availability) or full refund. Cancellation of a workshop 5-3 days prior to the scheduled workshop, a 50% fee of the total amount for the 1-4 attendees shall apply or the option to reschedule. A cancellation of a workshop within 48 hours of the scheduled class, the full amount of the workshop will be forfeited and no option to reschedule will be available.
In the event of some of the attendees booked in for the workshop cancel prior to 3 days of the workshop date, the remaining attendees have the option to pay the extra amount and the time, menu etc not be altered. The amount is to be paid in full by 2 days prior to the workshop date.
Attending a Workshop
All private workshops are held at our private residence in Maroochydore, QLD.
To ensure that our workshop runs smoothly, please treat the booking as you would a theatre ticket and turn up on time for the beginning of the workshop. We kindly ask that you arrive no earlier than 10 minutes before your workshop as we will be preparing for your workshop until this time.
If you cannot make it for any reason, please let us know as soon as you can. We spend time preparing for each workshop and purchasing fresh food to ensure we provide you with the best possible ingredients and experience for yourself and fellow guests.

What to bring: We supply all your ingredients, apron to wear on the day and recipes. If you wish to take some of the food home please bring appropriate containers with lids. Attendees should consider wearing closed-in shoes.
General Terms and conditions when attending Primal Influence Private Cooking Workshops
RIGHT TO REFUSE: Primal Influence holds the right to refuse a person to attend a workshop if the owner feels they are intoxicated or may cause harm to themselves or anyone else attending the workshop.
RELEASE OF LIABILITY: When participating in a Primal Influence Private Cooking Workshop, whereby the participant will be around or using sharp and potentially dangerous tools suitable to a kitchen environment, the participant releases, indemnifies and excludes Aimee Clark and Clint Bauer, Primal Influence and its employees from any and all liability of any kind for any damage or injury incurred while attending or visiting Primal Influence. The participant understands these terms and conditions and accepts the inherent risks of a kitchen environment when they make a full payment for a scheduled workshop.
START TIME: Workshops run by Primal Influence will start on time. We advise guests to arrive 5 minutes early to minimise the chance of missing any of the start time.
DAMAGE/LOSS OF PERSONAL PROPERTY: Primal Influence will take all necessary care, but accepts no responsibility for the damage to or loss of merchandise left in the venue prior to, during or after a workshop. Primal Influence is not responsible for the loss or damage of personal items in any form.
DAMAGE/LOSS OF PRIMAL INFLUENCE PROPERTY: The guest may be held financially responsible for any damage to or loss of Primal Influence property during the workshop. The cost of repairing any damage to walls, doors or other parts of the property as a result of inappropriate conduct will be charged to the person/s attending.
CIRCUMSTANCES BEYOND THE CONTROL OF PRIMAL INFLUENCE: Should Primal Influence be unable to provide for your class or function due to circumstances beyond the control of Primal Influence is not responsible for any costs, damages or expenses that you may suffer or incur.
WEBSITE: This website is owned and operated by Primal Influence. The use of this website is subject to our terms and conditions.
PHOTOGRAPHS: Primal Influence reserves the right to take photos of workshop attendees and use on the website, newsletters, social media and other forms of public business platforms for the purpose of advertising the service. Attendees can request in writing via email to Primal Influence to not allow any photos of them be used publically.
Gift vouchers can be purchased for any upcoming class/workshop listed on the Primal Influence website or for private cooking / foraging sessions. Gift voucher payments are non-refundable, must be paid in full via bank transfer, and are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. All standard Primal Influence terms and conditions apply for registrations and cancellations, with the exception of refunds.
The full name of the recipient/s must be provided via email at the time of purchase. PDF vouchers will be provided via email once payment is received. Receipts can be provided to the payer upon email request.
Primal Influence prices may increase at any time, however class/workshop voucher holders can attend for the price of the voucher purchase. Private cooking / foraging session voucher holders are required to pay the remainder of the total cost should the voucher price be less than the current cost advertised on the Primal Influence website.
Attendees can only use a voucher if the full name matches theirs unless otherwise arranged with Primal Influence via email prior to the event / workshop or session.
