MindBodyReboot Part 2 has been designed to help you take your health to the next level! The focus is on some of the smaller habits or actions we seem to easily forget practice in the hustle and bustle of our busy lives.
The aim of this program is to help you regain a bit of balance in your life by simplifying things. It’s easy to become caught up in the latest health and fitness ideas and trends but a great thing about this program is you don’t need any fancy gadgets or equipment. You don’t need to worry about what the latest fitness craze or fad diet is. You just need to be willing to give it a go!
The key elements of Part 2:
• The importance of sleep
• Reconnecting with nature to reconnect with ourselves
• Using and utilising our senses
• Human interaction and touch
• Reconnecting with family and friends
• Joyful workouts and games
The program will be delivered twice weekly via email.
The cost for our Program Testers is just $30 with the condition that participants complete a basic online survey form at the end of the 4 weeks.
Week 1 Day 1 is a Monday, so you need to register by the previous Friday. We'll email you the Preparation Pack and you'll be ready to kick things off on the Monday!
