"AIMEE!! I've just made your green banana flour banana bread recipe and it's bloody amazing!! I'll admit, I wasn't super confident when I was putting the ingredients together, I've been let down by fake baking in the past, with edible but not-quite-right experiences... but as soon as it was in the oven it started to smell really good... it rose beautifully... I was patient and let it cool and when I cut into it, OMG the texture! Fluffy and moist, just how it should be, I fed it to guests and it was so nice to be able to eat it with them and everyone enjoyed it."
