For women in and around Maroochydore who don’t enjoy going to the gym or bootcamps, this is a health, fitness, food and lifestyle program that provides expert coaching and advice, and unlike regular exercise programs that are limiting and boring our classes offer genuine support, care, community and enjoyment to achieve optimal long-lasting results.
