A fun live event where you'll learn gentle movements you can do in almost any space you have available (at home, at the office, outside, at the park etc) that help reduce creaking and pain in joints, while improving strength, stamina and stability - what joints need more of as they age. Even if you're young and you have dodgy joints for whatever reason, this workshop is for you! 

A minimal level of physical ability is required; you will need to be able to perform very basic movements on the floor, standing up and with basic items you have available.  Lower and upper body movements are included so those with limitations to either one of those may still be able to participate. If you can't do a movement at all, it's ok, but the movements are designed for absolute beginners and I may be able to provide alternative options if there's something you can't do as is. The beauty of a live interactive workshop is you can ask for specific and personalised help!

You'll receive the instructions to join and use the online meeting room platform - including other essential information you need for attending - when you book in, so you can aim to have everything ready to enjoy and get the most out of the class.
