1:1 Casual Coaching
Organise a casual private online health coaching session to get personalised help with a particular area of your health and wellness:

1. Click 'Book Here' below then 'Choose a time' and choose an available time from the options. Click Next.
2. Complete the form and click 'Buy a plan'.
3. Select the 'Online 1:1 Casual Coaching Consult' and purchase the plan (add a discount code here if you have one)
4. Check your email containing a Casual Coaching Questionnaire form, an Agreement + Waiver form and instructions for joining the video call.
5. Complete the forms as per the email instructions.
You'll be all set!
If video isn't an option for you we can of course chat on the phone, but video is ideal so I share more info with you during the call and when it's a movement session we'll need to see each other.
