What You'll Experience:

Bushwalking + Exploring

Your life is so flat-out and hectic it can take a toll on you physically and mentally. Bushwalking and exploring gives your mind and body time to download and recenter.

After a bushwalk in a secluded nearby national park immersed in nature, you'll feel calm and at peace.

Bushtucker Tour + Foraging

Treat your taste buds to a whole new flavour experience and explore some of the native taste sensations available just meters from your tent.

Pick and eat bushfoods straight from the plant, enjoying the amazing nutrient boosts and vibrant flavours.

From cherries, and citrus, to herbs... the variety of bushfoods available to you on the property is incredible!

Forest Therapy + Mindfulness

The simple activity of rock stacking will help you become more in-tune with your thoughts and behaviours and connect more with the true you. Without any judgement. Just awareness and understanding.

Sitting by the creek under the shade of beautiful old trees you'll experience the magic of Forest Therapy, you'll relax your mind and absorb the goodness of your surroundings. You'll indulge your senses with the abundant nature surrounding you and give your health the incredible boost it needs. You'll feel amazing!

Healthy Food + Natural Lifestyle Chats

Be educated and inspired by Chef Dan and Aimee who have both overcome health and general life obstacles to create a healthy eating and living balance.

Dan has vast experience as a professional chef and parent. He completely transitioned his traditional cooking skills and knowledge over to Paleo many years ago and is well aware of the challenges this lifestyle shift poses.

Aimee's health journey is unique and inspiring. She has become a confident Paleo cook and loves teaching others how to shop, cook and eat healthier and with ease.

They're both excited to share their experiences with you, teach you a lot of what they know and impart healthy eating wisdom and ideas on you to take home and implement into your own lifestyle for better health.

Basket Weaving

Learn how to make a simple basket and some natural cordage using natural and easy-to-source materials. Once finished you'll be able to keep for yourself to use or give to someone as a lovely gift.

Partaking in these types of bushcraft will help reduce feelings of tension and stress, promote focus and clarity, and create conversation and connection with others.

Enjoy these simple yet greatly beneficial practices.

Chef Prepared Food, Cooking Demo's + Classes

Not only will Chef Dan and Aimee be creating the amazing camp food menu for the weekend, they'll also be teaching you how to make healthy and easy meals at home and giving you confidence in the kitchen.

Sit back and relax while they cook most of the main meals, enjoy getting hands-on with a Burger Making Workshop, watch cooking demonstrations, then enjoy all that yumminess!

Natural Movement + Play

No matter what your fitness and physical ability is Clint will show you how to start to enjoy moving your body, create more balance and coordination, improve overall fitness and strength, all while having heaps of fun!

Clint is a qualified and experienced MovNat Instructor and Personal Trainer and can't wait to introduce you to a whole new way of exercising. You'll be laughing so hard you won't even realise the physical benefits and improvements taking place!

His infectious sense of humour, passion for fun and kind nature will make you feel comforted, supported and excited to try new movements and games.

Building a Friction Fire Workshop

Have you ever wondered if you'd be able to make fire by just rubbing two sticks together?  Well, you can!

This is your opportunity to learn about and try something most people never get to.  Even if you don’t generate a fire, you'll be amazed what you learn about yourself and your body during the process of trying.

Fire making is one of the oldest and most valuable skills. It's both a craft activity and a mindfulness practice. You'll really enjoy this unique experience!
