A quick and easy healthy version of a common kitchen staple
1/4 cup organic tomato paste (can't find some in-store? Grab this one)
1/2 cup organic molasses (I love the Melrose jar)
2-3 tbsp organic smoked paprika powder - or more if you prefer (Gourmet Organic has a good one)
Mineral salt to taste

Simply combine all ingredients in a saucepan and cook on low-medium heat for a couple of minutes.
Store in an air-tight container in the fridge.
